Food Technologist – Food Processing Unit Location: Thonda Village, Thirumalagiri Mandal, Suryapet District Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking a Food Technologist to join our food processing and R&D team. The candidate will be responsible for product development, process improvement, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards for dehydrated vegetable powders and related products. The role requires technical expertise in food science, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on knowledge of food processing. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize production processes for dehydrated vegetable powders. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP and food safety guidelines. Conduct quality control and testing during raw material intake, production, and finished goods. Develop new formulations, enhance product quality, and improve shelf life. Conduct research on new processing techniques and market trends. Maintain proper documentation for audits and certifications. Train production staff on best practices in hygiene, safety, and quality. Work with management on new product development (NPD) projects. Qualifications B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science ,B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science (NIFTEM, CFTRI, or other reputed food technology institutes preferred). 0–3 years of industry experience (Fresh graduates with strong project/internship experience can apply). Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO). Strong R&D mindset with interest in product innovation. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
