Front Desk Associate

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure upkeeping of the reception area.[1]
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they receive refreshments.[1]
- Answer and forward internal and external calls.[1]
- Maintain inward and outward Daak Register as per prescribed format and ensure all daak is delivered to the concerned person/party.[1]
- Responsible for maintaining the availability of the conference room daily and displaying the conference booking details on the display board.[1]
- Maintain Bank Guarantee Cheques register.[1]
- Update Key person contact details on a monthly basis.[1]
- Ensure required grocery items are updated to administration before expiry.[1]
- Inspect housekeeping and office boy tasks regularly; report any gaps immediately to admin.[1]
- Handle petty cash and support admin in organising meetings, events, and festivals inside and outside office premises.[1]
- Undertake any other duties assigned as per organisational requirements.[1]
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar roles.[1]
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.[1]
- Maintain stock of basic stationery items and order office supplies.[1]
- Assist with travel, tour arrangements, and accommodations.[1]
- Generate and update lists for supplies inventory, office directories, and contact information.[1]
- Compile data for reporting, such as monthly visitor counts or appointment statistics.[1]
- Perform clerical duties like filing, photocopying, and faxing.[1]
- Maintain and update appointment and meeting schedules using spreadsheets and MS Calendar.[1]
**Additional Duties**
- Act as a sports coordinator, responsible for maintaining the playing zone and sports equipment.[1]
- Assist in event planning for new joinings.[1]
- Ensure all rules are properly followed in the canteen area.[1]
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
