A mall site executive, or mall operations executive, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a mall. Their duties include:

- **Ensuring quality**: Ensuring the mall meets high quality standards and customer requirements
- **Maintaining facilities**: Maintaining, studying, and improving the facilities available to customers
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with company policy and agreements
- **Health and safety**: Identifying and reporting any health and safety risks to management
- **Tenant compliance**: Managing tenant shops' compliance with trading hours, merchandise, signage, and appearance
- **Record keeping**: Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation for the mall and tenants
- **Vendor management**: Supervising and monitoring the mall's outsourcing vendors
- **Customer service**: Monitoring and improving customer service and the working attitude of tenant sales staff
- **Complaints**: Solving customer complaints
- **Tenancy coordination**: Coordinating tenancy for new and renovating tenants
- **Security and cleaning**: Managing security and cleaning, including checking the monthly roster

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
