**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Execution & Supervision**:

- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRV/VRF, Ducting, Piping, Insulation, etc.).
- Ensure that all site activities are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor activities and workmanship quality.
- **Planning & Coordination**:

- Assist Project Manager in daily planning and scheduling of site works.
- Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and contractors for site-related activities.
- Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and manpower at site.
- **Quality & Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety rules and regulations at site.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
- Report non-conformities and implement corrective measures.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and manpower records.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities including material receipts, installation checklists, and test reports.
- Highlight project risks, delays, or technical issues to the Project Manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or ITI in HVAC.
- 3-6 years of experience in HVAC project supervision.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, insulation, and controls.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings & technical specifications.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with safety practices at construction sites.
- Proficient in MS Office, project documentation, and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
