- **Mapping Residential and Commercial Sites**: You will be tasked with mapping out both residential and commercial properties, with a particular emphasis on residential sites. This involves understanding the layout, dimensions, and features of the properties to facilitate project planning and execution.
- **Generating Leads**: You will play a crucial role in generating leads for potential projects. This may involve identifying prospective clients, initiating contact, and promoting the services offered by our company to secure new business opportunities.
- **Coordinating Meetings with Clients**: Effective communication is essential in this role. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings with clients to discuss project requirements, address any concerns they may have, and provide updates on project progress. Fluency in either English or Hindi is required to ensure clear and effective communication with clients.
- **Presentable for Initiative Meetings**: As a representative of our company, you must maintain a professional and presentable demeanor, particularly during initiative meetings with clients. Your ability to make a positive impression and effectively convey information can significantly impact our business relationships and project outcomes.
