Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Hiring Status: Immediate

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise on-site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project timelines.
- Manage and guide contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other trades to achieve high-quality installations of furniture and fixtures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, material quality, and compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and designers to resolve on-site issues and maintain project progress.
- Engage with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain an organized, hazard-free worksite.
- Track and report daily progress, material usage, and any challenges to management.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-outs or related construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, installation techniques, and finishing processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and interact with clients.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and project specifications accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Diploma or certification in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience supervising interior fit-out projects for commercial or residential spaces.
