Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day interior fit-out work at the project site.
  • Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings accurately.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor on-site workforce, material deliveries, and stock levels.
  • Prepare and send professional email updates to clients regarding site progress, issues, and milestones.
  • Maintain site documentation and daily progress reports.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure safety standards are followed.
  • Resolve site-related issues promptly and report to the project manager.
  • Attend client meetings and provide updates as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out site supervision.
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings (architectural, civil, MEP, etc.).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (especially for client emails and reporting).
  • Basic computer skills – MS Office, email handling, etc.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to travel and manage multiple sites if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
