Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles by delivering reliable, efficient, and user-friendly charging solutions to businesses, government agencies, and individuals worldwide.
**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base for Flextron's EV charging products. The Sales Intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of B2B sales, including lead generation, market research, customer engagement, and sales support activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research potential customers and market trends.
- Reach out to prospects via phone calls to introduce Flextron's chargers.
- Explain product features and benefits to prospects.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales materials and proposals.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
- Coordinate sales meetings and demos.
- Provide updates on lead status to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing for outreach campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the sales team.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is preferred but not required.
- Passion for sustainability and Aptos (Body) interest in the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
