As Assistant Sales Executive, you will provide vital support to the Sales Head by assisting in various sales-related tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining client relationships, including handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, organizing product demonstrations and providing necessary information to clients.
- **Sales Coordination**: Coordinate with various internal departments, such as production, logistics and accounts, to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Assist in tracking sales orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring timely communication, addressing customer concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Training and Development**:Stay informed about product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers. Continuously enhance your knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and industry developments through training programs and self-study.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

**Working Hours: 10AM to 7PM**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
