**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their wedding vision and requirements.
- Provide detailed information on the company's wedding production services and offerings.
- **Proposal Creation**:

- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create customized and compelling proposals for clients.
- Ensure proposals align with client expectations and budgetary considerations.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing and delivering presentations to clients.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to facilitate the sales process.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of client expectations.
- Provide support in coordinating details for wedding events.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports for management review.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Contribute insights to enhance the company's sales strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wedding production or events industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A passion for weddings and events, with a keen eye for detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
