**About this Role**:
We’re hiring for ‘Tesseract Unit’- **product-minded innovation unit** working directly with founders and growth-stage business units to **co-create smart, efficient, AI-powered digital products**.

This isn’t a role for someone obsessed with perfect commits. It’s for someone obsessed with **shipping usable, lovable products fast** — and **watching real users adopt them**.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
A **full-stack-minded product builder** who doesn’t get religious about stacks.
Someone who’s **equally curious about the “why” behind a feature** as they are about the API call that powers it.
Someone who believes **AI now writes better boilerplate than we do**, and our job is to **design, orchestrate, and ship solutions that solve real user pain** — not just write elegant loops.

This is not a “developer” role.
This is a **do-whatever-it-takes-to-ship-it-fast** role.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate directly with the **founding team** to brainstorm, validate, and build internal tools, MVPs, and client solutions.
- Rapidly prototype product ideas using whatever stack gets it live fastest (from **Next.js to Python, Supabase to Framer**, doesn’t matter).
- Use **AI as a co-pilot**, not a threat. Prompt like a hacker.
- Own entire flows — from wireframes (we’ll sketch) to working features (you’ll ship).
- Make decisions. Break things. Learn. Repeat.

**Tech Expectations**:Stack doesn’t matter. Outcome does.**:
But you’re probably comfortable with things like:

- **Frontend**: React / Next.js / Vue / Tailwind / Framer
- **Backend**: Node.js / Python / Firebase / Supabase / FastAPI / PostgreSQL
- **Infra**: Vercel / Render / Railway / GitHub Actions
- **AI**: OpenAI, LangChain, Vector DBs, GPT APIs
- **Tools**: Notion, Postman, Figma, ChatGPT (seriously), Linear, etc.

You don’t wait for requirements. You help _define_ them.
You don’t shy from scrappy builds. You _prefer_ them.

**Who You Are**:

- A **builder first, coder second**
- Value **real-world adoption** more than Github stars
- Move fast, talk straight, fix what’s broken
- Use AI tools like a _power user_
- Think about products like a PM but build like an engineer
- Not waiting to “grow into a lead” — you’re ready to **lead execution now**

**Role Details**:

- **Title**: Product Builder (or Founding Tech Generalist, if you like)
- **Location**: Remote-first (India preferred, IST timezone)
- **Engagement**: Full-time or near-full-time — flexible if you can own outcomes
- **Compensation**: Industry Standard (depending on capability)
- Performance-based bonuses
- Path to **Core Team / Equity Track**

**What Success Looks Like**:

- You ship working MVPs in 7-14-day cycles
- You collaborate async, document decisions, and show initiative
- You can take an idea, refine it with the team, and show a usable prototype within days
