**Key Responsibilities**:
- Filing and organizing tenders
- Following up with customers on tender statuses and documents
- Preparing accurate and timely quotations
- Collecting necessary documents from customers for the documentation process
- Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth processing of tasks
- Managing basic billing tasks
- Using CRM systems to manage customer data and interactions
- Proficiently using Microsoft Word and Excel for daily office tasks
**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher
