Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Office Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and documentation on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
Communication & Coordination
Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the first point of contact for startups, mentors, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal teams.
Meetings & Event Management
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Track action points and ensure follow-up on decisions.
Support in organizing incubation events, workshops, and delegations.
Research & Documentation
Conduct background research and prepare briefs for the CEO.
- Assist in drafting proposals, reports, and policy documents.
Compile startup progress reports, funding utilization reports, and presentations.
Operational & Incubation Support
Assist in incubator day-to-day operations under CEO's supervision.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support in grant documentation and compliance requirements.
6. Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA English, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of relevant experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters.
