**What you will do**

**Position Summary**: As an entry-level Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement data-driven solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, learn from industry experts, and contribute to the growth of our data science capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data for analysis.
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Implement and maintain data pipelines to support machine learning model deployment.
- Assist in the evaluation and testing of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing and future reference.

**What you bring**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or similar.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
- Exposure to SQL and experience with database querying is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
