About Role: ETF/ ETL Co-Ordinator
The ETF and ETL Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the processes related to early termination fees and liabilities for contracts. This role involves analyzing contract terms, calculating termination fees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing support to both internal and external stakeholders. The coordinator will work closely with the finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of early termination cases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contract terms to determine early termination conditions and applicable fees or liabilities.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of contract clauses related to early termination.
- Accurately calculate early termination fees and liabilities based on contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of early termination fees.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper accounting and reporting of early termination liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations related to early termination.
- Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Act as a point of contact for queries related to early termination fees and liabilities from clients and internal teams.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of calculations and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate resolution of disputes related to early termination fees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all early termination cases.
- Prepare regular reports on early termination activities, including fee assessments and liability evaluations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes related to early termination management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve early termination processes.
- Implement best practices and provide training to relevant teams on early termination procedures.
About you
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Overall, 3- 4 Years of experience
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Telecom experience will be an added advantage.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract management, finance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, particularly related to early termination.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
