**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Marketing**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales, increase customer acquisition, enhance customer retention, and maximize revenue across all markets.
- **Campaign Leadership**:

- Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Set up high-conversion marketing funnels and campaign structures.
- **Opportunity Identification**:

- Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and boost online production.
- **Performance Management**:

- Achieve CPA & ROAS targets to meet an EBITDA margin of 25% by the end of the second year.
- Define key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and leverage data analysis for continuous optimization and growth.
- **Digital Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop an online marketing playbook to maximize ROI and ensure predictable sales.
- Implement holistic media planning across all digital disciplines, including paid search, display, social, native, video, affiliate, and eCommerce.
- **Budget & Forecasting**:

- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Forecast outcomes for brand and ROI campaigns, managing spend accordingly.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product management and sales teams to develop effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboards for management review.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Background**:

- **Industry Experience**:

- A proven track record of approx 1+ years in Travel Industry
- Prior experience in performance marketing, lead generation, B2C, and affiliate marketing within the travel industry is an advantage.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Deep expertise in performance marketing tools, particularly hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta platforms.
- Familiarity with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio is preferred.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- A driven, obsessive go-getter with strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a penchant for running A/B tests to refine strategies.
- Ability to work directly with the CMO and investors, demonstrating a high sense of ownership and P&L accountability.
- Thrive in ambiguous environments and drive clarity through innovative marketing strategies.
