Key Responsibilities
The SEO Executive is responsible for various critical tasks that directly impact the company’s online visibility and digital marketing success.
- **Project Planning and Execution**: The SEO Executive plans and executes SEO projects, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and performance tracking to improve search engine rankings.
- **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**: This role involves identifying SEO issues, analyzing data to make informed decisions, and implementing solutions to enhance website performance and user experience.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Working closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- **Leadership and Mentorship**:Providing guidance to junior team members, sharing industry best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- **Process Improvement and Innovation**: Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate SEO strategies, improve processes, and stay ahead of industry trends to drive better results.
- **Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities**: Handling technical SEO audits, website migrations, performance optimizations, and engaging with clients to understand their business goals and align SEO strategies accordingly.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO tasks.
- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field; SEO certifications are a plus.
- **Experience Level**: 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment; experience with SEO strategies for different industries.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
