Job Title: Telesales Executive
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Onsite)
**Job Type**: Full Time
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales and online payments over the call.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through provided leads or databases.
- Convert Lead to Sales by providing detailed Product information which will be useful to the customer
Sales Execution:
- Sell products using solid pitch to convert the lead
- Handle Outbound sales calls to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up leads to nurture relationships and convert.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a related role (2-3 years preferred).
- Education:
- Should be Graduate or Pursuing
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills:
- Strong ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Persuasive and target-driven with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and an energetic team player.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of calls made daily/weekly/monthly.
- Conversion rate of leads to successful sales.
- Revenue generated daily/weekly/monthly.
