You will be working as EL Information Security - Risk and Consultancy, reporting to IS Security Specialist for Electrification business area, based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible for identifying, validating, tracking and assisting EL Business both to identify, document and consolidate the risks as well as keeping track, supporting the definition and reporting the remediation actions planned or in place to address such risks.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementing a governance process in EL, aligned with ABB’s IS GRC framework and supported by all key stakeholders, aimed to identify, document and report risks. Assisting the business in the defining, tracking and steering of mitigating measures to keep residual risks under EL’s risk appetite threshold
- Designing and implementing of governance model with relevant stakeholders in the EL organization to identify, oversee and mitigate relevant IS risks
- Delivering strategies and action plans to adequate the EL IT landscape to changes in ABB’s policies and standards, and applicable external infosec-related regulations
- Performing Top-Down EL-Level Assessments of IS Risks and providing risk-based decisions support by reviewing risk assessments and defining systematic mitigation plans for critical risk scenarios
- Engaging with the business to implement a risk-based methodology for identifying and mitigating organizational risk exposure by ensuring implementation of standards, controls and processes and ensuring full compliance with all IS risk-related requirements, standards and policies
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the implementation, running and continuous improvement of the IS risk governance framework
- Developing productive relationships with leaders across the business to foster awareness towards IT risks, compliance and the impact of a potential breach on the business
- Ensuring work is compliant with all applicable ABB Regulations, ABB Group Policies and standards

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related domain
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security with at least 5-7 years of experience in implementing a GRC discipline, including risk management framework, governance, IT risk assessment and management
- Experience in enterprise risk management in business-driven IT together with running company wide information security projects with successful outcomes
- Experience of working across multiple countries, cultures, languages would be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of a broad range of IT risk-related regulatory requirements, including industry standards, regulations and compliance frameworks
- Working knowledge of business risk management, IT risk assessment and management, IT continuity management, IT governance formulation, and organizational change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
