We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Project and Programme Management Office**

**The Opportunity**:

- This role requires a strong hands on PMO to work closely with the B3 CCR Exposure Programme Manager in supporting the programme to plan, mobilise and direct projects of high complexity and scale from project definition to closure. They are responsible for the end to end planning and delivery of one or more projects proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits.
- The PM is responsible for deploying the HSBC Change Framework within their project. They work closely with the Programme Manager and Global Portfolio Management to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours.
- The B3 CCR Exposure Programme sits under the MSS CTB Portfolio and is made up of multiple workstreams managing the SA-CVA Application, IMM Models, CVA Data Services & Compression to improve RWA capital management identifying, recommending and implementing solutions aimed at ensuring that we are capturing the correct risk which will lead to better RWA management.

**What you’ll do**:
The Regulatory PMO will perform a number of support/administration and analyst tasks to support efficient project execution within Transformation by:

- Supporting the delivery of best practice programme/project management tools and templates as per the Change Framework
- Supporting the production of standard project & programme reporting, insights & achieving operational excellence.
- Supporting the delivery of Portfolio Management operational tasks such as supporting resourcing activity as well as financial analysis.
- Managing monthly financial tracking including actuals analysis, forecasting & accruals.
- Manages procurement processes including CAP approvals, HAT approvals and POs. Ensures contracting is managed in a timely manner end to end
- Tracking of the Work Force Plan to ensure resourcing requirements and demand is met for the programme
- Oversees the tracking of project/s risks/issues/dependencies, assesses the impact on the benefit realisation for the project/s and takes action to minimise impact, actively challenging and removing obstacles
- Maintains project change control, ensuring any changes to baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered
- Drive a performance management based culture to improve and drive efficiencies and performance including the effective management of underperformers
- Help embed best practice principles through the wider MSS portfolio
Requirements

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle
- Excellent understanding of the Change Framework & Agile methodologies and best practice techniques
- Understanding of the purpose, value, culture and fundamentals of Global Transformation
- Understanding of banking / HSBC and understanding of how change drives benefits for HSBC, its customers and other stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive tasks proactively

- BA/ PM experience within a financial organization
