**Content Creator Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- **Content Creation**: Generate engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- **Research and Planning**: Conduct research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor content to ensure relevance and competitiveness of content produced.
- **SEO Optimization**: Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across different channels and platforms.
- **Engagement and Interaction**: Monitor and engage with the audience on social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster community engagement and interaction.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- **Adaptability and Innovation**: Stay updated with emerging content trends, technologies, and best practices, and continuously innovate and experiment with new content formats and strategies to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure content is accurate, grammatically correct, and aligns with brand voice, style, and tone guidelines, and adhere to copyright and legal regulations.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of content initiatives.
- **Content Promotion**: Develop and implement content promotion strategies to increase visibility, reach, and engagement, including paid advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Act as a brand advocate and storyteller, effectively communicating the brand's values, mission, and unique selling points through compelling and authentic content.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay curious and proactive in seeking opportunities for professional development, attending workshops, webinars, and industry events, and staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in content marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
