**About Us**:
Kasa Design Studios is a creative startup specializing in interior design, bringing spaces to life with innovative and sustainable solutions. We are looking for a talented **Content Creator and Video Editor** who can elevate our brand’s presence on Instagram by creating visually engaging and compelling content that resonates with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop creative and visually appealing content (images, videos, reels, and stories) for Instagram that showcases our interior design projects, behind-the-scenes moments, design tips, and studio culture.
- **Video Editing**: Edit short-form videos and Instagram Reels with a strong focus on storytelling, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
- **Graphic Design**: Design and edit social media graphics, infographics, and other visual content for Instagram.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral content, and design techniques to create relevant and engaging posts.
- **Engagement**: Monitor Instagram engagement and audience feedback, adjusting content strategies as needed to improve reach and interaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: 1 year of experience in content creation and video editing for Instagram or other social media platforms.
- **Design Skills**: Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) and video editing software.
- **Creative Vision**: A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills in creating Instagram content.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and analytics to optimize content performance.
- **Photography/Videography**: Basic skills in capturing high-quality images and videos.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver content on tight deadlines.
- **Bonus Skills**: Experience with motion graphics, animations, and knowledge of interior design or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
