**Job Title: Content Creator**

**Salary**: 4LPA- 7LPA, Slight Negotiable

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, write, and edit content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging video scripts, reels, infographics, and visual content ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and voice guidelines.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital reach.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Track and analyze content performance and engagement metrics.
- Manage social media posting schedules and community engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or copywriting.
- Strong command of English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in healthcare or wellness content.
- Knowledge of digital campaign management and brand storytelling.
