We’re looking for a **Creative Content Creator** who can ideate and build **fresh,** **uncommon, meaningful, and age-appropriate content** for a wide audience—from **children (age 6) to adults (up to age 50)** and be able to **work effectively using GenAI Tools.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create original, engaging, and purposeful content tailored for audiences **ranging from children to working professionals**:

- Design formats like educational activities, interactive writeups, digital tasks, and social content that promote life skills and developmental learning
- Break down abstract concepts (like empathy, communication, decision-making, critical thinking) into **relatable, creative formats** across age brackets
- Guide and collaborate with designers to develop **images or visuals that align with the content goals**:

- Effectively use **GenAI produce relevant and meaningful visual assets**:

- Use GenAI tools and basic image-generation platforms to create or mock up visuals
- Communicate visual ideas clearly and effectively, even if not directly designing them
- Contribute to brainstorming, rapid prototyping, and team-wide creative exploration

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong, proven ability in **content creation**—with an emphasis on originality, age relevance, and clarity
- Versatility in writing for diverse age groups (young children, teens, young adults, working professionals)
- **Clear communication and conceptual thinking** when directing or briefing visual components
- Familiarity with GenAI platforms and a **moderate ability** to use image-generation tools
- Excellent language, storytelling, and formatting skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Bonus: Exposure to fields like education, theatre, psychology, or skill development

**Selection Process**
- **Initial Interview** - A conversation to explore your experience, creativity, and thought approach
- **Creative Assignment** - Submit a sample content piece (with age clarity) and associated visual references or drafts
