The Counselor is responsible for providing guidance to prospective students, helping them select the most appropriate courses that align with their career goals. The counselor also provides career advice, ensuring students make informed decisions about their education and future career paths.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students, helping them choose programs based on their educational and career objectives.
- **Program Information**: Educate students about the different courses offered, including curriculum, structure, outcomes, and how the programs will benefit them.
- **Career Guidance**: Offer career advice and insights into job market trends, helping students understand potential career paths related to the courses they are considering.
- **Assessing Needs**: Understand students' personal goals, interests, and concerns to help them select the best program that meets their expectations.
- **Collaboration with Staff**: Work closely with other counselors and educational staff to ensure a smooth and aligned counseling process within the institution’s offerings.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from students about their counseling experience and program selection, using insights to improve services and offerings.
- **Promotional Support**: Help organize promotional events, webinars, or workshops to engage prospective students and provide them with more details about available programs.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed on educational trends and career development opportunities in relevant fields to offer accurate and up-to-date advice to students.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counseling sessions, follow-ups, and enrollments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service roles, ideally within an educational or similar setting.
- Prior exposure to relevant fields or industries related to the programs offered is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and understand the needs of prospective students.
- Ability to clearly explain course material and career opportunities in a simple and understandable manner.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously.
- Goal-driven, with a proactive approach to helping students make informed decisions.
