**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing their academic and personal concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- **Academic Guidance**: Assist students in setting educational goals, selecting appropriate courses, and planning their academic paths.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle student issues and conflicts with a calm and solution-oriented approach, ensuring a supportive environment.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and open communication with students, parents, and faculty to facilitate a collaborative approach to student success.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- **Program Support**: Collaborate with the academic team to develop and implement programs and workshops that enhance students' learning experiences.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from students and parents to continuously improve counseling practices and overall student satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in an educational counseling role or related field.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with students and parents in a polite and professional manner.
- **Attributes**: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- **Education**: A relevant degree or diploma in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of student management systems.
