**Role Description**
**Job Purpose**
Colour Pro Associates are responsible for owning firms, executing architect sites and managing contractors, vendors and other stakeholders. They are also required to ensure timely completion of work and customer satisfaction.
Colour Pro Associates are required to meet architects and interior designers to generate business for select set of products and services.

**Business objectives**
- Reach out to firms to create a CML for newer markets
- Continued servicing of existing firms in CML
- Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the territory on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets.
- Assist firms in achieving their overall sales target through regular visits, scheme communication and timely material service.
- Monitor and ensure the growth of core products along with new and focused products
**Market Development and Intelligence**
- Explore and start business with new Firms to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the territorial market.Lead GenerationAnalyze territory level data to identify gaps and suggest initiatives
Firm network expansion
- Accomplish growth and value upgradation of existing firm network
Product level budget achievement
- Organize promotional activations and product awareness meets for stakeholders
Focus products value targets
(Firm/Contractor/Dealer)
Timely Resolution of firm concerns
- Provide timely feedback on market practices and offerings as an input for scheme design
**Firm Management**
- Track and solve Firm queries timely to maintain productive relationship
- Assist Firms in providing solution to his contractors as well as end consumers for any complaints or queries
- Ensure availability of material, services and promotional tools to the Firms through co - ordination with other stakeholders
**Customer complain resolution**

- Investigate and resolve firm level complaints within the defined timelines
**Reporting and Integration**
- Co-ordinate with other verticals l ike project sales, APHS and Retail for lead sharing or any other issue as and when required.

Essential
- Graduate Degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS)
- Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs
- Graduation must be through a full time course
**Qualifications Applicants with an Engineering background (B.Tech/B.E./Diploma/B.Pharma) will not be considered**
