**Need Customer Support Executive with good communication and customer relationship skills**
**Responsibilities : -**
- Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries
- Attending the tickets received in the inbox and reaching them in priority.
- Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving them within the required time frame
- Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues
- Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management
- Required skills and qualifications
- Proven customer service/support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Graduation Mandatory
