Role: Student Coordinator
- Intern

**Responsibilities**:
1.Coordinating with our learners and helping them in resolving their queries

2. Explaining learners about the different payment modes & guiding for the same

3. Building rapport with the learners

4. Listening and solving their queries

6. Dealing with repeated queries

7. Handling Zoom & CRMs

8. Working on proper documentation and preparing charts and various reports

9. Handling data backup (storage)

**Requirements**:
1. Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally

2. Proficient in MS Office

3. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

4. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

5. Reliability

6. Good coordination skills

7. Proficiency in documentation process

Note: Selected interns will be converted to full time employees after completion of the internship period. Conversion to full time will depend on the performance during the internship period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
