Roles/Responsibilities:

The Student Advisor’s role and responsibilities will include and is not restricted to the following.
- Generate footfalls, applicants and university deposit payments through telemarketing/

counselling/ participating in events / visiting schools and colleges in the region
- Identify, recruit and enrol prospective students in designated courses

- Should ensure that the management is aware of market feedback and trends in the student

community.
- Ensure that student records are maintained in an effective manner and necessary follow ups

are undertaken to ensure that the student receives his/her offers in time.
- Must constantly upgrade him/her on destinations, universities and their courses.
- Must be aware of the visa process/ required information to effectively complete the

assigned tasks.
- Undertake outstation counselling sessions when necessary
- Ensure that all required reports are submitted in time and accurately.
- Effective use of the internal Software

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Graduation or Post Graduation in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in counseling will be beneficial but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
