**Education Counsellor**

Einstro Academy is looking for an experienced Student Counsellor / Education Counsellor / Sales Executive full-time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling admission related responsibilities, guiding students to select the relevant academic program.
- Convert Enquires into admissions.
- Co-ordinating Business Development as well as generation activities.
- To network with Institutions and target market.
- To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centers, other educational centers, associations, clubs, industry associations etc.
- Keeping track of Daily Enquiries, Handling admission related responsibilities.
- Guide Students & Parents one on one in selection of courses, admission process.

**Required Skills**:

- Prior experience in Education Counselling, Sales, Business Development Preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and convincing powers can also apply.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- A good listener with ability to respond effectively to doubts & queries.
- Data Research Skills, MIS Management experience.
- Able to teach all age students and should be polite with customer service skills.
- A Tech-Savvy or a digital expert comfortable using online tools.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and presentation.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
