Dealer Sales Executive

**Position**: Sales Executive (Automobile Industry)

**Experience Required**: Minimum 3+ years in automobile (car) sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with walk-in and referred customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend suitable models.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, including vehicle features, benefits, and test drives.
- Convert inquiries into successful car sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Meet monthly and quarterly car sales targets consistently.
- Keep up-to-date with new car models, features, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Assist customers with financing, insurance, and registration formalities.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, follow-ups, and prospective leads in CRM systems.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in car/automobile sales.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, and the end-to-end sales process.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and product presentation skills.
- Professional grooming and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Graduation in any discipline; automobile training certifications are a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
