
Dealer Onboarding Executive

As a Dealer Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process of dealers, ensuring a seamless experience. This role involves verifying dealer credentials, coordinating documentation, training dealers on company policies, and acting as a liaison. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to foster long-term dealer relationships.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage the dealer onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and processed in a timely manner.
- Educate new dealers on company policies, products, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with dealers to address onboarding-related queries and resolve issues.
- Maintain and update accurate records of dealer information in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards during the onboarding process.
- Provide training or support to dealers on using company tools, platforms, or software as required.
- Analyze and report onboarding metrics to suggest improvements in the process.
**Desired Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in dealer or customer onboarding, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, ERP systems, or related platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing solutions.
- Prior experience in industries such as automotive, retail, or B2B sales.
