Roles and Responsibilities:
- 1. Facilitating entire onboarding process of the farmers 2. Sourcing of Loan Application 3. Frequently visit farmers for cross sell of other financial products 4. Collection of hard buckets of EMI’s. 5. Troubleshooting queries in the related operations 6. Regular visit to the VLC for follow up and other assigned activities.

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualification: Ba
- Experience: 1 year.

Knowledge:

- Good understanding of Credit business, customer handling in Dairy industry (not mandatory)
- Knowledge on field operations
- Mandatory knowledge of Hindi (Written & Spoken)

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
