**Scope of Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute the posting schedule of social content calendars, under direction of social lead, by organizing across partnerships, new product introductions, and regional priorities.
- Monitor social media content, hashtag usage, and overall brand perception
- Manage workflows, feedback, and approvals across stakeholders to ensure timely launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional content creation with digital designers, copywriters, and brand marketing to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Assist with event coverage, including pre-event planning, content capture and distribution to regional stakeholders.
- Ensure experimental and influencer-style content integrates smoothly with high-production assets.
- Track content performance and support iteration of formats.
- Document and maintain processes to support collaboration across teams.
- Collaborate with global brand and regional teams to facilitate content for local needs.
- Stay on top of industry trends and shifts in target consumer habits

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a social operations coordinator for a global organization
- Experience in Consumer Electronics or CPG brands
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Passion for helping companies meet their goals and improve their focus on their target market
- Ability to manage a multitude of projects in a fast-paced environment in a highly organized fashion
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to remain composed and collaborative under pressure
- An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
- Very strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically while also managing detailed execution
