**Description**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Sales Representative. As a leading company in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry, we provide innovative solutions to our clients worldwide. This role will be primarily responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in managing and processing sales orders through the entire sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including manufacturing and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales performance.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field
- Fresher/Proven experience in sales support or a similar role in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical and industrial engineering concepts and terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,184.06 - ₹20,000.00 per month
