The role holder will be responsible for making visits at current / probable clients and understand the requirements for order
Rapport building with Safety team of the client companies, ensuring plant visit, collaborating with Technical and Operation teams, understanding the challenges
Product Line-----Supplied Air Respirator, Air Purifying Respirator, Eye Protection, Head Protection, Fall Protection, Hearing protection, Portable gas detector, Hand gloves.

Working days--Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday off)
Time--9:30pm-6:30pm
Experience needed ( In Years)--1+ Year
Work location / City--Vadodara
Region to be covered--Entire Gujarat

Extremely good at planning and organizing

Very good communication skills - ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback / queries of the clients and relay this to colleagues and management

Roles and Responsibilities-- The role holder will be responsible for making visits at current / probable clients and understand the requirements for order. He / she also needs to develop long term relationships through mitigating their requirements, suggesting new product ranges
Rapport building with Safety team of the client companies, ensuring plant visit, collaborating with Technical and Operation teams, understanding the challenges Giving demonstrations / presentations either independently or with the help of Technical support team.Able to make reports and presentations for reviews
Increasing market share by identifying new avenues for business thru new market and new customers
Should be able to prepare product viz plan for achieving targeted sales and profitability
Lead enquiry, Order Management, Receivable Management, Customer satisfaction and complaint redressal thru Field staff
Must be well versed with the products and its competitiveness
Should be able to work in challenging and unforeseen circumstances
Must be able to plan before client visit and getting thru their products, processes and strategies
To keep abreast of industry of industry trends and use analytical frameworks, strategic business models and tools to interpret and translate in to results
The role holder needs to assist Sales Director in the budgeting exercise
The role holder is also responsible for making follow ups calls for the unrealized or difficult payments
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
