**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between clients and internal teams. Your goal will be to enhance client satisfaction by providing timely support and managing client requirements efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Manage client documentation, contracts, and correspondence accurately.
- Address client inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients.
- Support the client services team in daily administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or coordination roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional and client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
