**Role Title** : Sales Coordinator & MIS Partner

**Salary**:
Location: Mumbai

**Role Purpose**:
The position undertakes Sales Coordinating and MIS managing activities including preparation of various MIS reports, coordination with various internal departments for data / information, various post disbursement compliances and audit and reporting requirement

**Deliverables**:
1. Data Reconciliation

2. Coordinating with Zonal manager regarding Monthly Sales Projections

3. Total sales projections and analyses

4. Production gap analysis based on Sales Projections

5. Monthly sales report generations

6. Daily MIS Sales tracker (Target vs Achievement)

7. Tracking all the corporate actions related to sales and reporting to Head of Department and Managing Director

**Requirements**:
1. Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development

2. Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally

3. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

4. Excellent attention to detail

5. Strong experience in Excel Sheet

6. Expert in MS Excel

7. Strong analytical skills

**Experience**:
1. 0-2 years of experience

2. Relationship Management skills

3. Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills

4. Excellent analytical skills including strong understanding of numbers

5. Strong team player

**Education**:

- University degree or master’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related discipline, preferably with other professional qualifications.
