**Responsibilities**:
**Production Management**:Plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet production targets and customer demands.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to established procedures.
Address any issues that arise during production promptly to minimize downtime and quality deviations.
Continuously seek process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.

**Quality Control**:Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that food products meet or exceed established quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of production to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and rectify quality-related concerns.

**Safety and Compliance**:Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards, such as sanitation, hygiene, and proper handling of ingredients.
