**Designation - Food and Beverage Supervisor**

**CTC - 4- 4.5 LPA**

**Location - Udupi, Bangalore.**

**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Coordination with internal and external teams for food supplies.
- Resolving food tickets raised by customers.
- Customer calling to increase food subscription.
- Coordinating with Vendor for improved food quality and quantity.
- Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.
- Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
- Maintain safe working conditions.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Liasioning with FSSAI department for applying/renewing food license of existing and new properties.
- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary.

**Qualifications -**
- Proven experience in F&B management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
