**Roles and Responsibilities**

**_Production-_** Food production engineers oversee the electrical and mechanical needs of the equipment and machinery required in the process of manufacturing food or beverages. They strive to maximise plant productivity by engaging in preventive actions in reference to health and safety, good manufacturing practices (GMP), hygiene compliance, and performance of routine maintenance of machines and equipment.

- Adhere to Company Food Safety and Quality Policy

- Follow safe behavior at shop floor
- Adhere with the Safety Rules
- Report every safety incident
- Participate in Safety Training Program

- Maintaining LOG Books

- Maintain Floor Discipline
- Timely reporting on the lines & ensure round the clock availability of manning.
- Maintain a timely relieving schedule during tea and lunch break.
- To actively participate in the internal and external training program.
- To build harmonious relationship with colleagues and supervisors.
- To present self on duty without absenteeism.
- Qualification Any Graduate
- Experience: - 1 to 2 years.
