Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management
  • Supervise daily cafeteria operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of supplies.
  • Team Leadership
  • Manage and train cafeteria staff including chefs, servers, and cleaners.
  • Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Experience
  • Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food items.
  • Promote menu items and seasonal offerings to boost engagement.
  • Financial Oversight
  • Track daily sales, cash handling, and POS operations.
  • Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to the head office.
  • Monitor budget adherence and cost control measures.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to local health regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of kitchen and service areas.
  • Maintain documentation for inspections and certifications.
