Job Objective:To oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the cafeteria site, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management- Supervise daily cafeteria operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement of supplies.- Team Leadership- Manage and train cafeteria staff including chefs, servers, and cleaners.- Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure smooth functioning.- Foster a positive and productive work environment.- Customer Experience- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food items.- Promote menu items and seasonal offerings to boost engagement.- Financial Oversight- Track daily sales, cash handling, and POS operations.- Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to the head office.- Monitor budget adherence and cost control measures.- Compliance & Safety- Ensure adherence to local health regulations and company policies.- Conduct regular audits of kitchen and service areas.- Maintain documentation for inspections and certifications.
