Role Overview: The Home Loan Disbursement Officer is responsible for overseeing the efficient processing and disbursement of home loans. This includes verifying customer documentation, ensuring compliance with pre-disbursement conditions, coordinating with relevant teams, and managing customer queries to facilitate a seamless disbursement process.

Key Responsibilities:
Document Verification:

- Review and validate loan agreements, property documents, sanction letters, and other required documents.
- Ensure all pre-disbursement checks, such as legal, technical, and financial evaluations, are completed.

Loan Processing:

- Initiate and process disbursement requests as per organizational policies
- Monitor disbursement schedules and ensure timely fund transfers to sellers, builders, or borrowers

Compliance and Risk Assessment:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including property and mortgage regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks such as incomplete documentation or potential fraud.

Stakeholder Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams like credit, legal, and risk management to clear disbursement hurdles.
- Liaise with customers, builders, and third-party vendors to resolve any issues.

Customer Support:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the disbursement phase.
- Provide updates on the status of their loan and address their queries

Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of disbursements in loan management systems.
- Generate reports on disbursement volumes, pending cases, and exceptions for management review.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
