Job Description Key Responsibilities: Loan Processing & Customer Engagement - Assist customers in understanding and applying for home loans. - Ensure smooth processing and disbursement of home loans by coordinating with banks/NBFCs. - Resolve customer queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, and disbursal timelines. - Work closely with internal sales and CRM teams to ensure timely loan closures. Team & Operations Management - Support hiring, training, and development of team members involved in loan facilitation. - Supervise daily operations related to loan documentation and approvals. - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance at all stages. Customer Service & Compliance - Maintain high standards of customer service in line with organizational goals. - Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are followed in loan processing areas. - Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Reporting & Coordination - Prepare regular MIS reports related to loan status, disbursements, and pipeline. - Liaise with financial institutions to streamline processes and enhance loan offerings. - Track and report loan-related costs and revenue to optimize profitability. Leadership & Support - Provide leadership and direction to support staff in the home loan vertical. - Work closely with Store Managers/Sales Heads to align business objectives. - Ensure consistent implementation of standard operating procedures across locations.
