**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily melting operations for CI and SG iron.
- Manage melting furnace operations and ensure proper charge mix.
- Monitor furnace temperatures, tapping, and pouring procedures to maintain metal quality.
- Coordinate with quality and molding teams to meet production schedules and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of melt cycles, raw material consumption, and shift reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and foundry best practices.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of melting equipment.
- Train and guide melting team members and ensure discipline in operations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Mechanical or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CI/SG foundry melting operations.
- Good knowledge of metallurgy, melting practices, and furnace handling.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental guidelines in foundry operations.
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,210.63 per month
