**Job Title**: Foundry Melting and Moulding Supervisor
**Experience**: 3 to 10 Years
**Qualification**: DME/BE or any relevant degree

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Operations**: Oversee the melting of metal and the moulding process, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- **Team Management**: Lead a team of workers, ensuring they work safely and effectively.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect the process and finished products to make sure they meet quality standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Look for ways to improve the melting and moulding processes to reduce waste and increase production.
- **Safety**: Ensure all safety protocols are followed to provide a safe work environment.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Work with the maintenance team to keep equipment in good working condition.
- **Production Planning**: Work with the production team to meet deadlines and targets.
- **Training**: Teach and guide junior workers to improve their skills and performance.
- **Documentation**: Keep records of production activities, materials used, and any issues that arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
