**Job Summary**:

- **Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Facade, Sliding Windows & Unitized Panels.
- **Industry**: Construction / Façade Engineering.
- **Employment Type**: Full-Time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise the installation of facade systems, sliding windows, and unitized curtain wall panels on-site.**:

- **Analysing blueprints / plans to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.**:

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Maintain daily site records, including progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant technical qualification.
- **Minimum 2-5 years of site supervision experience in facade, aluminium windows, or unitized panel systems.**:

- **Proven track record in managing large-scale facade projects or high-rise developments**.
- **Strong knowledge of facade installation techniques, glazing systems, and weatherproofing details.**:

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and site safety regulations.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
