
Female Office Coordinator

**Office Coordinator responsibilities are**:
- Help other teams with basic administrative tasks٫ such as redirecting calls٫ scheduling meetings and so on
- Meet and support visitors when they arrive at the office
- Ensure that office workflow procedures are followed with maximum efficiency
- Manage files and records with the help of filing systems
- Undertake basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
- Respond to Staff complaints or issues
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Establish and implement office procedures and practices
- Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises
- Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems
- Contact relevant personnel for troubleshooting complex issues
- Oversee and direct staff as required
**Office Coordinator requirements and qualifications**

- Associate Degree in Business or a related field required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in office administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
